Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow

A slow paced class, with static poses linked by flowing movement. It is a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Gentle Hatha and is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Classes start and end with relaxation and mindfulness. Breath work is incorporated throughout.
