Come and get away from it all for two days of Yoga bliss in the gloriously picturesque setting of the Forest of Dean, at the historic Speech House Hotel nestled in the heart of the forest. A mix of Yoga Flow, Yin and Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath. Guest teachers Mark and Annet will join us, bringing a unique breadth of yoga experience to the whole weekend.

Those coming along for the overnight stay will have the option of an extra yoga practice on Saturday afternoon and an extra meditation session Sunday morning.

We have sole occupancy of the newly refurbished Pavilion for our daily yoga practice, set on the hotel lawn, giving us privacy away from the other guests.

Day One
Morning meditation practice with Yoga Flow and Yin. After lunch, a walk in the forest. Followed by a Sound Bath and Restorative Yoga with Mark and myself – let the delicious sounds and vibrations wash over you as you relax. A short yoga practice on the lawn, before we end with Yin and meditation. Those staying at the hotel will have the option of an extra yoga practice before dinner.

Day Two
Morning meditation practice for those staying at the hotel. Sun Salutations with me, followed by Rasa Yoga with Annet – a unique style of yoga with a leading Rasa teacher. After a plant based lunch, a choice of a walk, cycle or chill at the hotel. Followed by Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Yin Class

Yin Yoga

A new weekly Wednesday Yin class joins the existing fortnightly Friday session. A completely static style of yoga. The poses are held for approximately 3 to 5 minutes and are designed to deeply target and release the connective tissue surrounding muscle. A standalone practice suitable for all levels, including beginners or a compliment to Yang forms of yoga such as Vinyasa and Slow Flow.
