Gentle Stretch Yoga

Yin Yoga

A very slow paced style of yoga. The poses are held for approximately 5 minutes and are designed to gently stretch the body by reaching deeply, targeting and releasing connective tissue. A standalone practice suitable for all levels, including beginners or a compliment to Yang forms fo yoga such as Vinyasa and Hatha.
